Leak under pavement inside the yard

I have been with king Prince insurance from March 2021, there's a leak under pavement inside the yard of my house. This morning I made use of their available WhatsApp platform regarding this matter at 09:55 and I was told an agent will call back. At 11:52 Godfrey called and transferred the call to emergency assistance and a lady that I spoke to said an agent will call back to register the claim thereafter a relevant plumber will be sent to Check the leak under pavement none of that has happened as of yet. I took a day off at work to deal with this matter as it will affect my water bill for the month. I am so angry as I am waiting in line (phone call) to be assisted.
