Last month I cancelled my policy with KP to end on the last day of Nov, and now they debit my account on the 1st of Dec
Last month I cancelled my policy with KP to end on the last day of Nov, and now they debit my account on the 1st of Dec. This is *****ulent act coming from KP and I want my money reversed.

02 Dec 2025, 10:09When I realized that the last date was 1st Dec, I send an e-mail for changes to be effected. Refer to my e-mail send on the "10th Nov @ 11:52" reading as follows " Please change the last day to be end of November not 01 dec as indicated." to client care e-mail.
