Lack to clear communication on referral benefit.

I was referred by My Mother to King Price I'm not happy that they made a promise for a benefit of referral is not being fulfilled. My mother is a pensioner and she recruited me but they refuse to honour your end of the bargain. I got a call from Wayne from the complaints department and he agreed with me that their process and communication should have been better to avoid this inconvenience. He said he will advise the team and request an improvement but no help will be granted for me. He added that their script prompts them to ask if the customer at the end of the call if would like to refer anyone but not questions are asked at the beginning of the call. My belief is that the sale is more important to King Price and the customer experience is not. I'm a new customer and seeing that this is how you treat your customers makes me worried if when I need to claim what kind of service will I get or will I get any service whatsoever.
