Lack of transparency

Let me start by saying that I have been having a great relationship with King Price insurance up until now where I think there's no transparency in the way they conduct their business. However, it was around March when I called them regarding a chip on my wind screen of which is covered on my policy without excess but to my surprise I was told that I needed to pay an excess of R750 of which I refused and decided to pay that chip fill from my own pocket as it costed only R350. Long story cut short, a week later I then saw an approved claim of R3000 on my policy for a wind screen paid to an unknown dealer. I called you to find out who that dealer was and up to this day no response and all you have been doing is to send me from pillar to post regarding this matter. I'm so disappointed honestly. Even last week I called you again nothing.
