Lack of service by King Price

King Price says there's a referral fee credited to King Price clients for referring a new client. The referral fee is credited after the 1st debit order of the newly referred client. I referred a client that has two vehicles to King Price. The 1st car has two debit orders already but i did not receive my referral fee as promised. I spoke to two consultants about this and asked for confirmation that the referral fee has been processed but nothing has been done. I was supposed to receive the referral fee on the 1st of May 2023. Clearly King Price only cares about getting new clients and don't fulfill their promises. It worries me what will happen during times of claims when a person receives this kind of service or rather lack if it.
