Lack of ethics and honesty

I made a car insurance quote with them and asked the cover to be effective on the 01/03/2024. Few days later, I received a call claiming that my information was incorrectly captured. They updated and the cover premium rised. I asked to cancell it. On the 10/02/2024, a day later I asked a cancellation, they debited me R792.22. I enquired, why they debited me before the effective date and after I requested cancellation. Their stories where not adding up. They promised to lower the premium and refund me. They wanted to refund me under condition I accept their cover. I went to the bank to reverse the debit. I was angry because they were not intending to refund. I encountered charges on the process.
