Lack of empathy and customer service.

I got highjacked at gun point recently and reported the case with the police but my insurance, King Price, has rejected my claim stating a clause in the contract related to installing a tracking device . I have not received a recording from King Price where the tracking device clause was stated.

I found the customer service to be poor and the personnel too insensitive considering I had just experienced a hi-jacking where I was held hostage for over an hour and all my money withdrawn from my account . King price has no regard and empathy for their customers.
