Lack of Communication from King Price Insurance - Claim Payment

Please be weary when taking up insurance with King Price, overall service is good, and people is sufficiently trained, but the problem comes when you need their service. I submitted a claim which has been processed by King Price, the only problem is receiving my payment, it has been 2 weeks since the overall process has been completed, but nobody is responding to my mails or request for call back etc.

I feel left in the dark by these guys.

I will have to try and get some service going through the ombudsman.

It is quite funny King Price even tried to bully me into taking some other policy just so that I don't lose my profile as I don't have a car anymore, if I received my payment a little quicker this might not have been a problem, as I would have stayed with them.
