Lack of clients service (doesn't priorities clients)
I have joined King price recently , policy noHelp us to keep you covered KP***. Being a desperate Clint who is stuck in a crispy place I have called King price for assistance. I'm using a spare key on my car, I have managed to lock the car however it doesn't want to open. I've been struggling for 3 hours now strange people want to help. As a woman I thought if I call my insurance company hey can be able to assist to tow my car home or get someone to come and assist. Unfortunately manager Thando told me she cannot authorise a technical to come and assist as I need to pay R80O for a call out to be made. To cut my query short, to all King prise clients if u have never experienced what I have experience today, please do urself a favour to look for an insurance who will take care of ur needs. Lastly I will, I mean "tears" I will not recommend anyone one to join King prise not at all.
