lack of callback or feedbak

I have telephone King Price more than twenty times in the last 4 weeks yet despite their promises to get to me with answers etc. I have never received any messages or call backs from them. Their level of feedback or responsiveness is non existent no matter who your dealing with. In the end you are forces to phone them back and start your process from scratch because the previous consultant had not made the required note or request for feedback. Their rates are very competitive but that is where the service ends! As long as you are not expecting any level of service from them their rates are at least competitive. Be sure to check all the information you have given them on your policy schedule as I believe they omit certain things that you tell them on purpose to keep their quotation's as low as possible, When you do have to claim one day they will merely tell you that you either **** to them or that you were no truthful. This to me is not a very ethical way to grow your business at the expense of the loyal paying customers. It also does not help when the new consultant informs you that they are different from their colleagues and that their level of service is far superior. In the end you are dealing with the same company no matter which consultant you speak to.
