Kwena went above and beyond to help me with the issue I was facing. I had arranged a tow through King Price Roadside Assist, and although the booking was confirmed, the vehicle wasn’t delivered to the correct location. When I contacted King Price, it was Kwena who took the initiative to investigate the matter. She even reached out to both my driver and the tow truck driver to determine where the miscommunication happened regarding the drop-off address. Although the situation didn’t unfold as I had hoped — I was under the impression that King Price and their service provider would resolve it without needing to open a new case — I’m still very grateful for Kwena’s support. Thanks to her, the second tow I arranged was successfully delivered to the correct location. I truly appreciate the way she handled my query and ensured a resolution was reached.
