Kutloano was just amazing, from starting a chat on WhatsApp to ending the call it took him 25 min total to bring my premium down instead of it going up
Kutloano was just amazing, from starting a chat on WhatsApp to ending the call it took him 25 min total to bring my premium down instead of it going up. We need more agents like him that makes your customers lives extremely happy and more convenient that fast.
