I received the most amazing service from Kurt Keough, I believe any person involved in client service can take lessons from him. I am a pensioner and had many questions and requests for different quotes and different combinations. He not only treated me courteously and respectfully but made feel like like the most important person in his world, irrespective of how much time he had to spend with me. He dealt with me at a pace I was comfortable with which I appreciated enormously. It was such a pleasure dealing with Kurt Keough. After I finally put the phone down I knew That King Price is really the King of insurance since he treated me like a royal as is their Company philosophy. The way he treated me made me decide that even if I could get a lower premium from another insurer I was best served by staying with King Price. If King Price had people like him working for them, it should be where my short term insurance should be. They will look after me and my car and I want to be associated with them.
