Kudos to Keshia Williams at King Price Insurance for effortless service excellence

This review is not for King Price as a company, but rather for their employee Keshia Wiliiams. Its been a very, very, very long time since I last spoke to such an efficient and articulate call centre agent. I tend to get frustrated with the lack of speed and efficiency call centre agents seem to apply to the calls the make or receive. Not only did Keshia Williams call me literally seconds after I submitted the call back request on my King Price App, but she also listened carefully to my needs and therefore understood what I needed, assisted me accordingly and even before I hung up the phone I received 2 e-mails confirming that my requested changes to my policies have been effected. Kudos Keshia Williams. You understand customer service excellence and come across as someone who lives and breaths customer service excellence. It looks so good on you. I do hope King Price recognises your value. I love giving honour where it is due and it is most certainly due to Keshia Williams at King Price Insurance.
