Sizwe Mkhatshwa is an absolute star. After 2 tries at getting the details correct on my updated policy, this young man stepped up and sorted it all out :) So the 3rd time is definitely a charm - and this young man had plenty of it too - making me laugh and forget my frustration at the previous boo boos.

Well done KP at yet another example of outstanding service.
