Knows how to deal with Customers

Called in this morning to change some details on my policy, due to computer being slow, the consultant I spoke to requested to call me back with the details I requested, indeed she called 5 mins later, I was not available.<br> <br> I then called King Price again, spoke to Leaann, she assisted me and went the extra mile, even explained what the consultant I initially spoke to is busy with and couldn't talk to me.<br> <br> Great job done, we need more people like this who will go the extra mile.<br> <br> Thank you
