Kings Price and Auto Boys aunfair treatment and inefficient feedback and progress processes

last year toward the end of the year I submitted a window screen claim to my insure Kings Price, the claim process was efficient and approved within three days if I'm not mistaken. The claim was then forwarded to auto boys the service provider an in few days they come to do a replacement, and all started going pear shape. On the first replacement the glass was not properly fitted and while I was driving home from work it made noise like it was going to fall off, I then called to complain and 2 days later they returned to refit the window again. A few months later the noise on the window started, I thought maybe it’s my mind playing tricks on me, but the noise continued as I kept driving daily. I then logged a complaint with Kings Price December before going on leave and their consultant whom I cannot remember the name advise it will be routed to auto boys I ended up going on leave without and communications. while on the December I decided to wait until January when I returned to work and because I drove less while on leave. January I called and a direct agent responded and was treated as a new compliant that means the December agent did not log it on the system, the call was then routed to Auto boys. Late January 2020 auto boys called an arranged fixing appointment, the y then come to my workplace and when they did assessments the advice the window needs to be removed and with the chips already on the window it will break, and no replacement glass was brought. They call in their office and the supervisor advised that the guys will leave because they don't have the glass, but h will call me later to advise on a way forward to date I'm still waiting for the call. yesterday the 3rd of Feb. I received a call from Kings Price asking on the progress, I advised that no fixed were do cause of the chips and I'm still waiting for the supervisor to call. the Kings Price agent asked to call me back in 10min which she never did. I'm now sitting with a window that still makes noise and the fact that the window had to be fitted twice may be an indicator that the window spec was not correct.
