KIngPrice Your crown has fallen off.....and your jewels are ****

I am currently insured with KingPrice : Policy KP ********** . On Wed 11 April I called the call centre, spoke to Shakeerah about insuring a second vehicle. I did not have the necessary information with me so Shakeerah arranged to have someone call me after 17.00, when I would be at home and would have the relevant information about the vehicle at hand. Well. No-one called. So I sent an e-mail the following day, with the information. Received an automated reply with a promise that "someone" would contact me within 48 hours. Haha. Today, 7 days later, and after sending an e-mail every other day (and receiving that nauseating automated reply every time) I called again. Spoke with Shakeerah again, who apologised profusely, proceeded to take the information and provided me with a verbal quote, to be followed up with an e-mailed quote. Why was i not surprised when the e-mailed quote was totally different to the telephonic quote? Amount differed, as well as "home contents" - I am asking for a 3rd party, fire and theft quote on a car........ I cannot get hold of KingPrice via e-mail....... all I get is the automated response. What I would like is for a manager to call me and tell me that my original insurance cover is still intact, and that the premiums have not been affected by this quote, perhaps an apology would help, maybe a bottle off good wine and some chocolates. But my goodness me, this is really nasty customer service!
