<div>Would like to warn people not to use Kingprice as an insurer. I submitted a claim they appoint an assuror to come out to my property. The so called back yard assuror that arrives is an old falling apart bakkie with no identification on the vehicle that he actually works for the appointed company arrives with a little kid sitting in the back of the vehicle starts to asses my TV that stopped working so he opens the back of the TV plugs power in and out about 3 times then taps the front screen with his finger and comes to the conclusion that the screen is damaged due to normal wear and tear. Such a professional that a finger and decide that it is normal wear tear. </div>

''In response to the below complaint, all vehicles used are non-marked for obvious reasons to avoid theft, hi-jacking and other risks. The vehicle that was onsite is not broken down and is in a very good condition, I attach image for your records below. There were 3 occupants in the vehicle of which the main tech and his assistant entered the clients property and the other remained in the vehicle (fridge tech) there was no child present at the location. ''
