Kingprice thanks to Charlton Andrews problem resolved

Managed to drill into a water pipe on a weekend needed emergency plumber from kingprice, went through 3 agents who wouldn't help because on their system they couldn't see a direct debit which had gone through the day before and couldn't check with king price finance as they don't work the weekend. I have paid every month since January. Then i rang again and got Charlton Andrews who asked me to email him with the details and he went the extra mile to appoint the plumbers who repaired the damage
