Kingprice Side Assistance Towing Truck never came

Good day,<br> <br> Policy number KP***<br> <br> 23 December around 13h00, I was driving to Mall from Midrand on M1, my car broke down after I took Glenhove off ramp , by the robot, opposite shell garage, central street. I called *** emergency call , gave them exactly were I was stuck, spelt the street name and the lady promised that the towing truck will come but they never did - I waited more than 2 hours, eventually someone, a stranger came and help me to move my car from point A to B.<br> <br> - No sms confirming with a ref number<br> - Towing truck never pitched<br> <br> I am a woman stranded on the way and Kingprice didn't care, I am so disappointed by this insurance.<br> <br> <br> ***<br>
