KingPrice please cancel my policy

I cancelled my car insurance with King Price on 07/09/2020 but they went on to deduct insurance for my two vehicles. This was in-spite of having sent several emails to their client care department. At the beginning of October 2020, I called them requesting for a refund of about R1,532.00 that they deducted from my bank account as I had an ongoing policy with another insurer, and a confirmation of cancellation, they promised to give me the refund but their retentions department promised to adjust my policy to match that of a competitor. But after looking at the policy schedule, I noticed the policy premium was not as cheap as per their saying and there were certain conditions that were detrimental. I then highlighted that to them and requested for a total cancellation. Meanwhile, they refunded my money short and no one is contacting me as per their client service to finalize the cancellation. What I can foresee is, they will effect another deduction for November 2020 and then refund me less than what they will have deducted.
