Kingprice not registering claims!

I am absolutely shocked at the horrible service I have received from you guys. I called in on Monday to register a claim on behalf of my mother.

Three days and six phone calls later (despite fervent claims from each individual pretending to help me that that I will be called back immediately), no one has called my mother or myself back to register the claim.

This is literally the worst sevice I have ever received from an insurance company!
