Kingprice left me on the road side in the middle of nowhere to fend for myself.

I am so disgusted by that so called cheap insurance company that abandoned me in the midle of nowhere. After having hit a ****** on my way to Capetown last week i was left on the roadside to fend for myself by Kingprice insurance. I stay in JHB and was heading to Capetown for my brother's wedding and holiday then i hit a ****** and my radiator was damaged. When i called the insurer they told me they can tow my car to George as thats the nearest certified inspection centre, once my car is fixed i will have to go pick it up mself at my own cost. When i requested that the radiator be replaced in the nearest town to where the accident occurred which is Beautfort west or Capetown where i am going to and then later claim for the bamper that was damaged, they abandonded me to fend for myself and they declined my claim. I had to pay the towing truck myself, buy a new radiator and pay a mechanic myself and still to fix my bumper on my own. Whats the use of having them as an insurer when they cant be there for you when you need them?? I am so done with them and would never recommend anyone for such cheap ******** as Kingprice insurance.
