Kingprice is wack

I reported an incident on 2 January and I am getting the run around about my claim. To make matters worse someone drove into my car that was parked and this is the treatment my insurance gives me. What will happen if I am at fault...don't think I want to stick around to wait for that day. No one calls you back and evetytime I call I get a new person giving me a new answer about the status of my claim. I just want to know, will u pay or not and when. I need to leave the country in a week and will not be available then what?. I am now forced to repair my car myself if by Monday I hv no answer as the risk increases while my car is at the panel beater. I hv been a client who never claimed for 3 years and this is the thank u I get. I must hv called 3 times this week but nobody cares to come back to me.
