KINGPRICE INSURANCE is the worse insurance

Hi I go by the name Lindiwe Nyandu, I wanna share my experience with this so called **** insurance "KINGPRICE INSURANCE" , so on August 5th 2022 I met with an accident with my car the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace 2017 till this date my car hasn't returned FYI it's been three months now, and they are even refusing to fix the scratch on passengers side claiming that it is a old scratch my car is at AP Panel beater ermelo, this insurance even refuses to buy new parts for my car they are even trying to replace my car parts with already damaged parts, I don't know why they are refusing to fix the scratch on passengers side because the accident happened at night it was already dark and also the accident damaged the front wheel axle on the left and also scratched the left side which they are refusing to repair claiming that it's a old scratch, even the people at Kingprice can't speak with customers they speak as if they were there during the accident I don't wanna lie to you I am being treated like I am nothing while I am a paying customer. I DON'T WANNA LIE TO YOU "KINGPRICE INSURANCE" is the worst , again my car hasn't returned to me till this date 05 October 2022, it has been three months now my car hasn't returned. "Kingprice insurance" has ruin my year. I firmly recommend that you don't join this insurance it is a **** in the name of insurance, They claim to be the best but they are absolutely lying to you they are indeed the worse insurance I have ever joined, "AGAIN MY NAME IS LINDIWE NYANDU AND MY CAR IS A VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN ALLSPACE 2017".
