KINGPRICE INSURANCE IS POOR
My wife took out a policy with king price last year for household contents. She disclosed we have no alarm. we submitted a bugulary claim recently and this claim was rejected on the basis that we dont have an alarm system. The next day kingprice cancelled this policy. I sent over 5 emails and spoke to dillion whom promised to sort this out. To date im still waiting kingprice is a rip of. After taking 1 year premiums they just kicked us out without informing us that it was priority to have an alarm system. I was not made aware of this i referred this matter to the omnibus. Kingprice advertise alot but people should know of my experience

31 Jan 2021, 13:45Veri poor and I personally discourage people from joining kingprice family. Better and cheaper insurance around. I know my claim was legitimate but kingprice is clever to save money and not pay when a claim is registered
