Kingprice insurance

I would like to share my bad experience with Kingprice price car insurance. I asked for a quotation via my cell phone. They promised to come and do my car evaluation and send a tracking company to install a tracking device in my car. They failed to do both of these things they promised. We agreed that if I take the car insurance my debit order will go on the 25th of every month. On the 22 of June they tried to take R395.08 from my bank account. On the 25th of June onother debit order of R985.00 went through without my authorisation. Please help me on with this problem. I have tried to contact them but they do not respond to my emails and they do not answer my calls.
