Kingprice failed to pay for my claim

I had insurance of motor vehicle with kingprice then I had an accident.got arrested alleged that I was under influence. And kingprice reject my claim. Then went to court several times and court withdrawn the case due to not enough evidence. But even thou the case is withdrawn kingprice never wanted to pay for my claim. I have submitted all documents that they required till today. Kingprice is not good
