KingPrice Drama when you claim
I have had the worst experience with this insurer , from the day of the accident till the claim got approved, I have spoken to different people who said I will give you a call later or tomorrow to give you a feedback but none of them called me back, they had been taking me from pillar to post regarding my claim and instead of telling me why they can’t fix other damages they told the assessor to tell me that even if the assessor confirmed that all the damages were due the accident, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone..

12 Jul 2021, 14:55I would like to say thank you to the King price customer service manager who had called me after seeing my post on Hellopeter , and made sure that my claim is approved , my car is fixed now . What a relief.
