Kingprice disappoints
I submitted a claim with my insurer on the 25 Aug 2026.Mind you its an emergency as there was water everywhere.The assessors were sent out.I had to pay the plumber out of my own pocket because I haven't heard anything from them yet.I still haven't heard anything from them and I am sitting with a floor thats rotting from water damage and a whole in the ceiling that almost as big as a car.Its my first claim ever and I am so disappointed in the service I have received.
