Kingprice disappoint again

I m very disappointed with kp I sent email to Thabo Mhlanga to extend car hirer from avis it was Friday He told me request have been sent to Avis to extend, today I went to Avis to check how long kp did extended unfortunately car hirer is due back last week they didn't extend. I am asking again kingprice to extend the car hirer for me cause I am struggling to go to work and every month I am paying my premiums.

When I called kp only find out claim department is closed today because is a public holiday no one can help me what makes me sad is even if it's a public holiday they debit on my bank
