KingPrice. Consumer alert!!!

More than two months of phone calls, emails, request, tickets, reviews, talking and emailing a manager, talking to a regional manager. And the result of all this effort???

Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Zero. I can continue in this vein for quite a while. Like the 2 months and one week I have been driving my car with a broken grill and fender. They. Are. Useless. The next instalment in this tragic comedy is that they have a 1. 1. status of approved, 2. and processing this claim that was already approved....I actually took my car away from their appointed panelbeaters because they told untruths about ordering the parts. 3. and the clincher....repairs has been done....with a big green self congratulatory tick to say job well done.... all on the same page. While I am looking at my poor broken car. A very expensive broken car. The approved repairs went up with R20000. They don't know what they are doing. Even the manager that I talked to does not know the law about conditions in a contract and what that means in terms of liability. Poor souls. Trying to run a company with zero intelligence and zero understanding of customer care. It does not exist in KingPrice vernacular. Their branding are so mismatched with reality it is laughable. Watch this space.

Hi Elsabe,

We are deeply sorry that you had such a bad experience. It’s our goal to provide our clients with a premium insurance service at the cheapest possible prices, and it seems we failed you this time.

We’ll be in touch soon to see what we can do to make this better, and we’d appreciate the second chance.

The next installment in this comedy of errors. The newly appointed panelbeaters sent me a message to inform me that I have to pay my excess and that it was going to take 21 working days to order a fog lamp. What fog lamp??? The perfectly working fog lamps that I took pictures of and sent on to them? It is clear that the assessment loaded the price with damage that does not exist. I told them that I have been driving this car for 2 months without any damages picked up by me while driving or one of the tons of sensors built in for this purpose. We are talking about a Lexus NX 300 f SPORT with all the bells and wistles you can think of. So if something is wrong I would know.
Fix this. You are running out of time and I won't stop until you deliver a very simple service that I pay a premium price for and have nothing to show for. So what does that make you? The
preserver of my premium in your bank account?
