KingPrice: A Royal pain

I regret taking insurance with KingPrice. I was just like every other proud client, amazed at how I was saving on my premiums (R6,77 p.m). I never had an issue with the royal highnesses until it came to claiming for an accident that happened two weeks ago. Please think twice when choosing KingPrice because they will do anything to hinder the process when it comes to claims and cash-in lieu settlements. They will knock you down when you are at your lowest after an accident. Once everything is sorted, I will be changing to a competent and quality-driven insurance company like Santam. I referred family and friends to KingPrice and now they are also going to change insurance companies. KingPrice is a royal pain!

P.s... If the rating had a quarter star, that would not even do justice.
