King services is very poor.
King Price services are very bad!!!!!!. I have been a client with King Price from February 2016 till date and the service I am receiving is very poor. Last month I had a car related incident and lodged two claims (car steering and windscreen) which got approved.
It's been a month now the car is with the repairer and no repairs have been done on it because they have not issued the authorization for the repairs. I am being sent from pillar to post when I call them to find out what is going on.
The service I am getting is horrible and would never recommend anyone to take up car other valuable insurance with King Price.
They are not being honest and professional with their services.
