king promises
A whole lot of promises and no action,8 months an still waiting for excess money to be recovered. got the same feedback for the past 3 months now. Very disappointed.

It was conveyed to you for the first time on 17 April 2018 that the summons is with the sheriff and that we await the sheriff’s return of service. This, unfortunately, takes time. We will, as undertaken on numerous occasions, inform you as soon as the summons has been served.
