King Prize No Reward For Loyal Customers
I have been with King prize for 5 years claim free and the only reward I get is an increase in the premium every year.
When I raised this with Bakang Mmualefe he was very friendly and ready to assist. I am very happy with the assistance I got and the rating is for the consultant and not the company because it took me to complain about the insurance in order to receive a reduced premium.
