Absolutely appalling, you guys have double standards. Really disappointed. It take you days to get back to me to submit a claim, you reject the claim because I didn't wait for your approval. I followed the same process I did the l sass t time and Tha claim was approved. Never was a I asked for photos. Think I'll be finding another insurance company I can actually trust.
