King Price's service making insurance fun.

I tried to add a vehicle to my current King Price Policy, but the app said 'there is a glitch that my bot-brain cant deal with' but that 'a human would call me'. I would like to thank Vanessa Smit, for being the 'human' that sorted out my policy. She went above and beyond, phoning me back twice in one day and even insisting that the poor IT guy stays at his desk until she is 100% sure that I received my updated policy.

Vanessa, thanks for the jokes, thanks for making telephone questions fun. Thank you most of all, for investigating the problems and fixing them before you went home for the day. I really appreciate your service!
