KING PRICE'S MANIPULATION AGAIN

I wrote a review this morning about irregular premium they debited from me without an explanation. Guess what, Marelda (one of the managers from king price) called me and said that it was a system error and apologised for it and she would be refunding me what was added on my premium. 3 hours later Neo (sub-ordinate to Marelda) calls me and say her superior i.e. Marelda was not supposed to have said and promised what she did. I asked her to get Marelda who is her manager to call me, like they all do very meaningless apologetic and told me about system renewal for increment. I have come to accept the manipulation of this car insurance company and customer ******ion. She promised to explain everything over the email today, I told her she will not do but she promised, anyway I know she wouldn't do it after all she works for king price. This is how they reward my unbreakable loyalty since 2014 without a claim. Ohh well, I am at their messy I guess.
