KING PRICE...ROYAL DISASTER!!!

So frustrated, to the point of cancelling my policy! Sales consultants will say anything to get your business/ money, but when you have a claim they will use exactly that against you!!! , And look for any excuse not to pay out. Firstly my very legit claim was not paid out after my vehicle was written off in an accident, due to “incorrect” information on my policy. After my claim was rejected they still went and noted on my policy a claim for R119 000.00 ?????? (settlement of car was R68 000.00) Ive informed customer service that my cover address was also incorrectly captured by sales consultant, and it’s a concern as I have home contents cover as well as 2 other vehicles still insured with Kingprice. 6 Phonecalls later, and still not changed. Probably to ensure that they can use the same lame excuse in future. In the meantime I bought a new vehicle which I wanted to insure before taking delivery. Quote that I was given was R1000+ more than other quotes in the market, when I asked why the consultant reduced my other vehicles premiums to accommodate me?? So why not give me the lower premiums in the first place??? Im so sick and tired of this service and would rather be un insured and save my money to pay for incidents myself or move to a honest broker who will assist me in getting what I pay for.
