KING PRICE:POOR SERVICE DELIVERY & COMMITMENT

I was a vehicle insurance policy holder with King Price and all i can say is that their service is poor and in their instance of a claim you become a statistic like all the stories you hear from other holders who have experienced poor service from King Price....I have heard many so their service has been proven to be pathetic due to my experience.

In October 2018 i was involved in an accident with an ambulance which was not my fault as per the police report, i was required to pay KP the excess amount of R4500.00 before my vehicle was repaired which i obliged as this is the first time i was involved in an accident. During my episode i was questioned by individuals who had experiences whether KP recovered my excess to my surprise KP never mentioned this to me at any time during my debacle. :ong and short ....KP reverted to me to tell me that the 3rd party refuses to lodge a claim with their insurance hence they cannot recover the money and the file was abruptly closed to my disadvantage. My insistance that KP legal department should investigate went on deaf ears and the file was closed with no recourse...So the ******** in this matter gets away without being punished. Why did KP not pursue this issue with their Legal Dept? Why was my excess not recovered like all insurance company do ...and the truth be told that individuals with companies other than KP do not have this problem!!

King Price promises but cannot deliver and after all the complaints and warnings i waited to be a statistic and KP proved all the other dissatisfied clients correct that they are a *******.

TO PEOPLE OUT THERE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN TAKING OUT AN INSURANCE POLICY BASED ON MY BAD EXPERIENCE.
