King Price worst service, no communication

Dear King Price

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service i received from you regarding my car accident claim 13.02.2025 This is by far the worst service i have ever received from King Price Its been 3 weeks since my car accident claim has been registered, but my car has not been assessed yet.

Specifically the delay of taking the car in question for assessment, instead i was told that king price registered the details of my previous 2012 Polo vivo instead of the current 2019 Polo Vivo upon my enquiry,hence my current Polo vivo has not been taken for an assessment for over almost 3 weeks after the claim has been registered, had i not called, no one is communicating with me to update me on the progress or any delays of my claim

On top of that i had to go out of my way to get accident report, whereas most insurance companies does that on behalf of their clients.

I have been a loyal customer of King Price for 12 to 13 years with no complaints. However this recent experience falls significantly below my expectations and is concerning for future business.

To resolve this issue, i would like to request a formal apology for causing unnecessary delays and i would also request a speedy service delivery regarding my claim since your delay was caused by you
