KIng price worst insurer in South africa

I am insured by king price for the last 6 y. Recently I had a accident, where a driver turn from my left side into my vehicle although I had the right of way. The fotos shows that that the other person was at fault. even with many discussions king price did not want to acknowledge that I was the unquilty party. I claimed my access from the other party. Then King price stared to jump around with all nice promises. But soon I realized that King price is beating around the bush. Today they phoned me ad said that the amount to claim is not big enough for them to go to court. Only now after 3 months of beating around the bush. I personally think that king price knew all along that they will not honor the claim of the access. King price is definitely not interested in consumer satisfaction. The only thing is that they want a monthly premium. But come to claim times they want to try all means not to honor their promises. No people this KING is a *****ed KING.
