KING PRICE WORST INSURANCE EVER

King price to start with has a very bad customer service.consulyants are rude on the phone and no empathy nore sympathy.

My car broke down at secunda on the 27th of August and until today I don't have my car back

They said they are not filing my car they will tore the car back on Monday the 5th of 2022.Eveyday when o call they say today but they never deliver

They took a courier away from me and now I stranded for transport I beg people to drop off my child at school and to pick her up and I either use uber or beg for lifts which is very frustrating. When I ask to speak to the manager I am told they are in a meeting they will call back but they never do.

I am really stranded and frustrated and it's like I don't even have insurance but they debit money every month

I meant to say they took away the courtesy car and I am left stranded.they say they won't fix my car.they promised to tow my car but it is still stuck in Mpumalanga. Worst service ever
