i had an incident in november 2021, i called them to inform them that i hit something on the road and it damaged my engine, they asked me a lot of questions then my phone cut due to airtime, they never called me back and i was stuck n the road. i tired calling again after recharging airtime, then i was assisted. my car was towed. after 2 weeks when i had to call them, they informed me that i did not log a claim. i logged in a claim. they never give feed back. then i received a email from attorneys informing that i will be charged for storage, and that GOBID is willing to buy my car. i then called kingprice, then they informed me that my claim has been rejected. i then asked for the report from assessor they sent it to me. the assessor said its because of wear and tear. i then called him to inform him that my engine is damaged. he came back to me to inform me that he does not see any signs that i had hit something. i explained to him that the engine was very hot and leacking a lot of oil, they need to was off the burned oil to see damages, but they did not. called them several times they ignored my calls sent mail to the YourCouncil but they also did not respond. only responded after some time. they then appointed a engine specialist had to wait till january 2022. then he came and tested my engine and he said it was wear and tear, and that my engine was leaking oil. i infomed kingprice that my car was not leaking oil , the guy must wash under the car to see that i hit something. but a guy called ABEL KOTELO called me, and he a very harsh and said your claim has bee rejected. i informed him that the engine specialist is wrong, but he said they trust him more than me. at that time my energy was very low. My car has been with then for 3 months and this is the out come. i then decided to collect my car and fix it my self. please be careful of king price, they will call you a king but when its time to help you they will treat you like royal garbage. they have low premiums just to get more clients but when its time to help you they look for reasons to reject your claim, they rather spend money to to hire specialist than to help you. i immediately canceled my policy and asked them to never call me again.
