King price worst insurance company to deal with.

I have claimed from my scratch and dent cover claim number CLKPINS296033,received and sms to click on a link to upload photos,tried that the link does not work,they dont tell you that you will need to upload photos when joining the policy,spoke to a consultant which I had to call,was advised to send via email,tried that only to get a error that the recipient mail box is full,this claim was done on the 03 December 2018,I never once received a call from any employee of king price to confirm my claim or inform me if they received my photos or not,tried sending my photos of my vehicle again today and still received no communication from king price regarding my claim,this has got to be the worst insurance company to deal with,I only dread how they would treat a major claim like theft or accident if they cant handle a minor scratch and dent claim.Worst insurance company to deal with.
