Worst insurance company I have ever been at. So we had a power outage due to a severe storm while the tv and 2 in 1 Samsung washing machine was on. The washing machine was busy drying clothing when the power went out. After the power came back on the washing machine did not want to heat up anymore. King price sent out people to assess the damage and declined the claim saying it is normal wear. So basically a power outage can cause normal wear and tear on a washing machine ...highly unlikely.
