KING PRICE - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Cheaper is just NOT worth it!

The worst experience ever with regards to motor vehicle insurance. A simple accident where a third party drove into me - three days of back and forth with the assessor who was trying to tell me that a stock standard LDV had a after sales tow-bar fitted, in the end I had to do the leg work in convincing them it was not the case. Three days where they keep asking me if I have communication with the other party as he don't take their calls. Another two days of "looking into" the fact that I have business insurance with their competition on one of my company vehicles, whereby the one involved in the accident is my personal vehicle insured through King Price. No feedback, very poor updates - no end in sight to have a simple accident claim processed. Word of advice - cheaper is not always worth it! Stay away, and stick to the well known service providers.
