King price Worst customer service insurance

We enough with king price insurance...everyone complaining about them is not good at all, I'm struggling over 4 weeks now for validation on my claim,they asked me a lot of things and i gave them all, since I claimed no one call, i'm the only one who makes calls almost everyday until TUMMY told me today i dont have to waste my airtime i must wait for them just imagine. Poor service they don't care about us and manager TEBOGO told me she will handle my claim but she is always busy when i want to talk to her and i asked them to tell her call me back but she never called me
